I stayed at Porto Lounge Hostel for a few nights during my trip to Portugal. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. I loved the terrace and charming lounge area, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped and the breakfast provided was a nice touch. I also appreciated the organized walking tours and Portuguese language classes offered. a fantastic stay!

Located a block from the main square and three from the old cathedral area, this guesthouse impressed my father and his fiancé (both 50+), who are both world travelers. We rented two guest rooms that shared a bath. Rooms were utilitarian but large enough for 2 persons. I will stay here every time I go to Porto.
It is a hostel and some of the other guests decided to play electric guitar on the first floor directly beneath our room. After a complaint to the staff, they were kindly asked to stop after their "song."

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Porto with a perfect location - walking distance to all the sights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The interior was very pretty and the beds were comfortable with convenient amenities like lamps and sockets. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the complete self-catering facilities and the free, fast, and reliable WiFi. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, although there were limited options for gluten-free travelers. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hostel.

The New Year experience at this hotel was amazing! The staff made us feel right at home and were always available to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city center. We loved the cozy common area where we could relax and meet other guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were always well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the happy hour where we could try different local drinks. it was a fantastic experience!
That the rooms were a bit small, especially when sharing with others. It would have been nice to have a bit more space to move around.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at a hostel in Porto and had a great time. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff at the hostel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated and clean facilities, making our stay comfortable. The free breakfast provided was basic but tasty, giving us a good start to our day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The wifi worked well and the common areas were spacious enough for everyone to relax and socialize. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as slow wifi in the evenings and a smaller common space during breakfast, our overall experience at the hostel was positive. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Porto. I had a great time and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Friendly staff, guests, minimalistic but cosy design
Noisy street at night time. Should improve isolation of noise
